Shipping Policy
Vioras is a homegrown jewellery brand from India. Every order is packed by hand and shipped from Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR, through Shiprocket's courier partners.
Where we ship
Anywhere in India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
When your order ships
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a Sunday are processed on Monday. You will get an email when your order ships.
How long delivery takes
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of being placed. These are estimates based on usual courier transit times; weather, festivals and remote pincodes can add a few days. You can check the estimate for your pincode on any product page.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes at no extra charge. On some orders we may ask for a part payment online first; see our Partial Payment Policy. Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link so you can follow it until it reaches you.
Address and failed deliveries
Please check your name, address, pincode and phone number at checkout; the courier will call this number before delivery. If a parcel cannot be delivered and comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping, and a second shipping charge may apply. If we cannot reach you within 5 days, we will cancel the order and refund what you paid, minus shipping costs.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and we will send a free replacement. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
