3.2. We strive to accurately display the colours and designs of our products. However, the actual product may slightly differ due to screen settings or lighting during photography.

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
4.2. We accept payment through UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking or cash on delivery (COD).

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We ship within India only. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
5.2. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

6. Order Cancellation, Returns and Replacements
6.1. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
6.2. Damaged, wrong or missing items reported within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video, are replaced free of charge.
6.3. Unused pieces may be returned within 24 hours of delivery at the customer's own shipping cost, in their original packaging.
6.4. We reserve the right to refuse returns of pieces that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
